Job Description
We are seeking a professional Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and provide excellent customer service. The role involves greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and supporting administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff.
- Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries.
- Handle bookings, appointments, and meeting room schedules.
- Perform basic administrative tasks (e.g., data entry, filing).
- Maintain a tidy and professional reception area.
- Ensure compliance with South African labor regulations.
Minimum Requirements
Educational Qualifications
- High School: National Senior Certificate (Matric/Grade 12) with passes in Mathematics and English.
- Tertiary (Advantageous):
- NCV Level 4 in Office Administration from an accredited TVET College.
- OR National Diploma (N4-N6) in Office Administration or Business Management from a TVET College.
- OR Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or Office Management from a recognized university.
Experience and Skills
- 0-2 years in reception or customer-facing roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and professional demeanor.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to undergo vetting (citizenship, criminal, qualification checks).
