The role involves troubleshooting issues, supporting systems, and learning IT processes in a logistics environment.Key Responsibilities
Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Support IT systems, including desktops, networks, and logistics software.
Log and resolve user queries via ticketing systems.
Perform basic system maintenance and updates.
Document IT processes and assist with asset management.
Comply with South African IT and labor regulations.
Minimum RequirementsEducational Qualifications
High School: National Senior Certificate (Matric/Grade 12) with passes in Mathematics and English.
Tertiary (Required):
Current enrollment in or recent completion of NCV Level 4 in Information Technology and Computer Science from an accredited TVET College.
OR National Diploma (N4-N6) in Information Technology or Technical Support from a TVET College.
OR Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from a recognized university.
Experience and Skills
0-1 year of experience (academic projects or prior internships are an advantage).
Basic knowledge of Windows, networking, and IT support tools.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Requirements
Ability to undergo vetting (citizenship, criminal, qualification checks).
